Loom Wins Architizer A+ Jury Award

The Architizer A+ Award Jury selected Loom House as the winner of the private residential category. This independent jury chose Loom House from residential finalists from around the world. It also was one of five projects in the world to be shortlisted for the Popular Choice Vote in its category.

Loom House is honored in the Private House (M 2000-4000 sq ft) category after achieving Living Building Challenge 4.0 Certification this year, making it one of only four residences in the world, and the first renovated home, to do so. Inspired by weaving together people, place, community, and equity, Loom House provides owners with a prototype to renovate their homes using resilient retrofitting strategies.
